DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Directing the development of state of the art packaged software; (2) Managing the staff and resources necessary for bringing this product to the marketplace; (3) Heavy client interaction both in working with clients to bring new solutions to market, and in ensuring quality delivery of existing solutions; (4) Developing existing staff, providing career-pathing and succession planning for existing staff.
REQUIRED:
A verifiable undergraduate degree.
10 years of ongoing career progression in the development of PACKAGED Enterprise software (MUST be complex packaged software that is integrated by multi-site, large scale organizations).
MUST have grown from hands on programming and product design to technical management of Enterprise scale packaged software development and delivery.
MUST have at least 5 years of technical management of packaged Enterprise scale software development as a technical head of software development with responsibility for technical development teams, resources, development budgets, revenues, profitability management, client satisfaction.
Ability to travel minimally to 20% including International travel.
Pluses: Advanced degree such as MS, or MBA. .NET. C#.
