DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Analyzing and monitoring banking and credit exposure and risk; (2) Leading the effort to establish banking and credit policy with regards to minimizing exposure and risk; (3) Maintaining and developing relationships with the organization’s line of credit banks and other capital partners; (4) Monitoring risk and exposure control compliance; (5) Evaluating new forms of collateral and new methods of collateralizing credit and risk exposure; (6) Creating logical frameworks for limits for acceptable collateral; (7) Assisting in the evaluation of risk with new banking and credit and OTC products; (8) Leading a broad range of projects focused on new product initiatives, new partnership proposals, and/or systems development.
REQUIRED:
An undergraduate degree is required with a strong preference for an MBA or related Masters degree.
STRONG/CURRENT experience with your core responsibility being acting in the capacity of a credit and OTC analyst analyzing, monitoring, and identifying credit and banking risk, programs and procedures to manage that risk, and performing OTC credit rate risk management quantitative analysis and problem solving.
MUST have EXCELLENT communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
MUST have EXCELLENT project leading and project managing experience with regards to critical initiatives.
