| Mandatory Requirements : | Number of One :- One • Hands-on project experience designing and implementing Tivoli Identity Manager components as well as custom identity workflows, resource provisioning and role based access controls. • Must be able to write custom code into workflows, assembly lines, and applications. • Hands-on project experience with IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and Tivoli Directory Integrator. • Experience in modifying system parameters and reading, interpreting and creating regular expressions. • Working knowledge and experience in JavaScript, Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts, SQL, DB2, Web Services, LDAP, XML, Active Directory, TIM, and TDI • Experience supporting servers and databases on which TIM and its supporting components are running, with a strong preference for Windows experience. • Experience in competing Identity Management products and in access management/Single Sign-On and federation products are a plus, particularly CA/Integrity Site Minder.
